Organic Lager, 4.5% (12 x 330ml cans)
Brewed for the first time in early September with organic whole grain, floor-malted barley from Warminster and organic whole leaf Saaz hops. Fermented slowly with our house culture and then lagered cold, resting in tank for over 160 days (far longer than the intended 100 days!).
A crisp, dry, Pilsner-style lager beer, unfiltered and slightly hazy, with just enough malty sweetness from the barley and balanced bitterness from the hops.
This is a beer we can only make three times a year in order to lager it correctly so its availability is limited.
The next batch will be available in June.

Hops: Organic Saaz
Yeast: House blend
4.5% alc./vol.
