Sometimes we source casks from other organic producers, then spice and blend the spirits according to our own recipes, releasing them under the name ‘East Neuk Organic’. This bottle is our house spiced rum, which started life in Paraguay, and was then spiced, blended and bottled here in St. Monans by us.
Aged organic rum, given a distinctly East Neuk flavour with fresh pineapple and ginger, foraged hogweed and dulse and bladderwrack seaweeds from the beaches outside our door.

Natural colour, no caramel. Unfiltered. 70cl, 46% ABV
